Which type of hair ornament should I choose?
Start with the hairstyle you want to make.
A hair stick or U-pin suits a bun, folded twist or French twist. A barrette secures a section of hair or a half-up style. A claw clip gathers a larger twist and holds it through the tension of its spring and teeth.

Will it hold my hair?
Hair length, density, texture and the hairstyle itself all affect hold. There is no universal fit.
Each product page lists the hairstyles and hair volume tested with the piece, together with its dimensions, weight and usable length.
Do I need an elastic or ordinary hairpins?
Sometimes. A compact twist may hold with a hair stick or U-pin alone. Fine, smooth or layered hair may need a discreet elastic or a few pins underneath.
The product page will state what was used during testing.
What do Gold and Silver mean?
Gold and Silver refer to the finish and visual family of the collection. They do not describe the metal content of the piece.
The exact materials and finish appear on every product page.
How can I judge the size?
Use the measurements rather than the styled image alone. Each product page lists the full dimensions, weight and usable length or opening.
The gallery also includes a worn view and an image showing the piece at scale and in use.

How are the pieces selected?
We compare the line of the piece with the way it works in the hair. Finish, comfort, hold and moving parts all matter. A good photograph is not enough.
A piece enters the collection only when its form and function hold up under inspection and use.
Are the pieces handmade?
Only when we can document and verify this for that exact product. If we cannot, we do not use the word.
Instead, we describe the construction, materials and finish we can confirm.
What materials are used?
Materials vary by piece. Product pages use precise terms such as gold-tone metal, silver-tone metal, enamel, glass, resin and imitation pearls.
We do not describe imitation materials as precious metals, gemstones or natural pearls.
Are the product images accurate?
Every commercial gallery shows the actual product.
Lighting and screen settings can shift colour slightly, but we do not digitally replace or reshape the ornament.
Ordering and delivery
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery times from the date of order are:
- France: 10 to 18 business days
- European Union: 10 to 18 business days
- United Kingdom: 12 to 20 business days
- United States: 12 to 20 business days
- Other destinations: 15 to 25 business days
These estimates include order preparation and transit. Customs checks, public holidays, remote destinations and carrier disruption can add time.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout according to the destination and order value.
Shipping is free on orders over €90.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. We email a tracking link once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
The link may take a little time to show its first scan.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
We will try to make the change, but cannot guarantee it once preparation has started or the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Returns and order issues
Can I return my order?
You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to tell us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Once you have notified us, send the return within the following 14 calendar days.
For a change-of-mind return, return postage is paid by the customer. The piece must be protected for transit and handled only as much as needed to inspect it.

Do you offer exchanges?
No. Return the original piece according to the Returns policy, then place a new order for the item you prefer.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us before returning anything.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the ornament, its packaging and the shipping parcel. We will review the issue and tell you what happens next.
Damaged, defective and incorrect items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.
Wearing and care
How do I use a hair stick or U-pin?
Build the twist first. Insert the piece through the hairstyle, turn it so that it catches a small section of hair underneath, then pass it back through the twist.
Sliding the ornament only across the surface of a bun usually gives less hold. See our How to Wear guide for the full technique.
How should I care for my piece?
Put it on last, take it off first and store it separately.
Apply perfume, hairspray and oils before inserting the ornament. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. After wear, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and return it to its box or pouch.
