Order preparation
Please allow 3 to 7 business days before dispatch. We use this time to check the order and pack each piece for transit.
Estimated delivery times
Typical delivery windows are:
- France: 10 to 18 business days
- European Union: 10 to 18 business days
- United Kingdom: 12 to 20 business days
- United States: 12 to 20 business days
- Other destinations: 15 to 25 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs checks, public holidays, remote destinations and carrier delays can extend them.
Tracking
Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, we will email you a tracking link.
The first scan may take a little time to appear.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout according to your destination and order value.
Shipping is free on orders over €90.
Delivery issues
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number.
